Class Descriptions

Ab Blaster - This 15 min core class is designed to strengthen the muscles of the abs and back with not stop core sculpting moves.  This class is a great addition to anyones fitness routine.

BBS Line Dancing - Soul or R&B line dancing is the hottest dance taking over the clubs right now.  An early example of this form of dancing would be the "Electric Slide" still danced at party's and events all over the world today.  The dances you will learn in this class will be broken down in easy to follow sequences and put to the best rhythm and blues songs heard today!  This class is easy to follow and perfect for all fitness levels.  Specialty class is an additional fee to the regular schedule.

Canal Sculpt - let's go out and have some fun on the Erie Canal.  This class is great for all fitness levels.  Whether you just want to go for a nice brisk walk with a fun group, or kick it up a notch a jog a mile or two, this class is for you!  Finish with some weight training in the studio for a well rounded cardio and strength work out.

Core Circuit - This class will challenge you to the core!  Using your body weight and fit balls, Core Circuit will improve your, strength, balance, coordination, posture, and stamina.  

Bootcamp - A circuit training class designed to use the large and small muscle groups to improve over all cardio and strength.  This class involves little choreography and is great for all levels.  Don't let the name scare you!

Hip Hop - Choreographed combinations of fitness and dance moves designed for any fitness level.  Bring a good attitude, let loose and have fun.  Come shake the pounds away!

INSANITY Live - A revolutionary cardio-based total-body conditioning program based on the principles of MAX Interval Training.  By using Max Interval Training, INSANITY pushes the participants to new training heights, resulting in more calories burned, faster results, and a more efficient metabolism. INSANITY's interval training is the pinnacle of cardio training.

Kick & Pump - This class is a mix of Turbo Kick™ and Summer Sculpt.  See descriptions for both classes below.

PiYo™ - A unique blend of pilates & yoga designed to build strength and gain flexibility.  This class is fun, challenging and will make you sweat.  Think sculpted abdominals, increased overall core strength, and greater stability.

P90x® - This is an intense cardio and strength workout.  You will get great training results doing this workout by constantly shocking the body with new moves in varying degrees of difficulty. 

Summer Sculpt - Looking for a weight training class?  Try body conditioning.  This 60 minute class is designed to target all your major muscles.  No Choreography, great for all fitness levels.

Turbo Kick® - This is the hottest kickboxing class around.  A cool combination of kickboxing moves, as well as, dance moves choreographed to high energy and motivating music.

W.U.P.T. - Are you a warrior at heart?  Than this class is for you.  Warriors Under Pressure Training is a high intensity class containing both cardio and strength training intervals.  Don't let the name scare you, we just aim to "Whoop" you in to shape.  Depending on the weather, this class may be performed outdoors.  Check regularly for updates.

Zumba® - "Ditch the workout and join the party!"  Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high energy latin and international beats.  Don't worry, no dance experience needed.

Zumba Toning® - When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick).  Learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all the target zones, including arms, abs and thighs.  Zumba Toning is the perfect way to sculpt your body naturally while having a total blast.
